Easy money:
-----------
This works easily if you have high experience in Herbalism, First Aid, Skinning,
Leather Working, etc. Get the materials needed for what you want to make.
For example, for First Aid, kill lots of humanoids for linen cloth, wool cloth, etc.
Then, just sell the materials to an NPC. If you want more money (for example for
Skinning and Leatherworking), make something out of the leather, then sell or auction
it off at the nearest auction house.
In Ashenvalle, there are Rotting Slime that drop treasure chests with good items.
Easy experience:
----------------
An easy way to increase the speed of leveling up is being rested. This will double
the experience from killing enemies only. Discovering an area will not get you double
the experience. An easy way to get rested is logging out at an inn. Whenever you know
you are going to be away from the game for awhile, try to log out while inside an inn.
This will get your player rested while you are away. To tell if your character is rested,
look up at the circle next to his or her portrait where it shows your level.
A "zzz" will be there instead of your level. This indicates that you are rested.
You can also tell if you are rested by looking at your experience bar. The experience
you have gained so far will be blue and all of the experience you gain will be blue until
you pass the small marker on the experience bar.
Where to find Ekeyakee:
-----------------------
In the "Ekeyakee" quest given by Segra Darkthorn in the CrossRoads, go northeast to
Grol'dom farm. Travel to the east side of the mountain, where you will find the bones of
a Giant Kodo near a tree. Stand next to the head and blow the horn. Ekeyakee will appear,
unless someone just killed him a moment ago. He will be standing next to the tail if
done correctly, and is a level 16 White Lion. Remember that this is a quest, and if you
kill him you cannot try again unless you get a friend to blow the horn and let you tame
it. If this happens, he loses the horn. You can get a new one from Segra by abandoning
the quest and getting it back from her.
Defeating Vagash:
-----------------
To kill Vagash on the "Protecting The Herd" quest, it is easier just to get a group
with a healer ranged and a meat.
Learn how to fish, cook, etc.:
------------------------------
Go to a trainer and learn the basics. Once your done with the basic learning, open your
ability book. The ability you learned should be there. Drag the ability to your action
bar. Once there, click on it and it will probably say what kind of items you need or
where to go. Note: You must have the correct weapons to do this. For example, for fishing
you will need a Fishing Rod; and for Mining you will need a Mining Pick.
From there, once you reach a certain level in your abilities you can upgrade your weapons.
Increase Enchant skill:
-----------------------
Select Tailoring and Enchanting as your two professions, then kill a lot of Defias Thieves
if you are in Elwynn Forest or Defias Looters or Pillagers if you are in Westfall. Get a
lot of linen cloth Then, tailor a large number of bolt and shirts. Get your skill to about
40 or 50, then go to a Journeyman Tailor. Learn to create a red linen robe. Try Stormwind
if you are human. Then, create some red linen robes. They are enchanted; use Disenchant
to get a skill point in Enchant and either Lesser Magic or Strange Dust. Then, enchant
people's bracers for free. Buy linen cloth from people and make more red linen robes
and disenchant them. This requires some time and money, but it is much easier than
any other way.
Prairie Chicken:
----------------
Go to Saldean's Farm in Westfall and find a chicken. Select it and type /chicken into the
chat window. Note: Setting up a macro for this will make it go a lot quicker. Do this until
"Chicken looks at you quizzically. Maybe you should inspect it?" appears in the chat window.
It requires a lot of tries to do this; patience is required. If done correctly,
right-clicking over the chicken should open a quest window. Accept it and purchase the
Special Chicken Feed from Farmer Saldean. Return to the chicken, select it, then type
/cheer into the chat window. Right click the chicken and complete the quest. If everything
is done correctly, the chicken will now lay an egg. This egg is your new pet, a Prairie
Chicken.
Enchanting:
-----------
Give away free Enchants if people provide the materials or wait till you are over level
40 and have a mount and can use it. Then, buy lots of the same materials and repeatedly
enchant the same item with the same enchant until it will not level you any more. Then,
repeat the process. This will get you to a high Enchanting level quickly.

Warlock: Easy kills:
--------------------
When you are a Warlock, use your Fireballs and Drain Soul powers at a time on an enemy.
You must do some quests to get some of these powers. Note: This works most, but not all,
of the time.
Lordz Of Brooklyn reference:
----------------------------
In Goldshire, there is a man named Remy Two-Times. This is a reference to the Lordz Of
Brooklyn group member Paulie 2times.
Romeo and Juliet reference:
---------------------------
In Undercity, all of the bankers last name are Montague, which is a reference to the famous
family which Romeo belongs to.
Creating macros:
----------------
To create a macro, press [Esc] and select "Macros", or type in /macro or /m. A little
window should appear, listing all of your available macros. Click "New" and another
window will appear asking for a name. It will have a list of icons inside. Choose a
name that will make sense to you later and select an icon for it. Once you have done this,
it will show up in your macro list. After that, there should be a cursor inside of a text
box. This is where you actually write your macro. For example, if you wanted to do something
when you first logged on, for example say hello to everyone, you would type in /s Hello all!.
Also, if you would like to use an emote faster without having to resort to typing in the
action ever single time, make a new macro for it and type in the action that you would
like to perform. After you have finished creating your macro, drag it into your quick list
and when you click on it or press its corresponding key, it will activate. Another thing
you can do is insert %t into your macro. When this is added in to a macro, when you select
a creature, player, etc., it will do what you type and add in the name of whatever you
selected.
For example, if you typed in /s What's up %t? as your macro, when you have someone or
something selected it will come up with the name of whatever you have selected in place
of %t. Another thing you can do with macros is cast spells on others much faster.
For example, if you type this as your macro:
/target Elinia/cast Mark of the Wild(Rank 3)
It would automatically target that player and cast that spell on them. There is no need
to write out the spell names and ranks. When you are making this type of macro, open your
spellbook and press [Shift] + Left Mouse Button. It will automatically add the name of
the spell that you just clicked into your macro.
A tip for enchanters:
---------------------
If you want to become an enchanter or you are an enchanter i suggest u become as tailor
aswell so then you can make enchanted items and disenchant them this is really helpfull.
(If you are thinking of becoming an enchanter i suggest lvl 40 minimum for easy enchanted
item loots)
Buyback system:
---------------
Quite alot of the time people sell what they don't want to sell in vendors , well if
you do this there is a tab at the bottom left of the 'browse goods' screen it will say
on it buyback click on that and it will show you what you have sold to them if you
chose an item you want back click it and you will get it back(you will have to pay
back how much u sold it to them though)
Character development:
----------------------
For Warriors and Paladins, choose their job as a blacksmith. This will increase their
experience faster than any rate. For Priests, Warlock, Mage, or Shaman, choose healing
abilities, never blacksmith or fishing. This will slow your experience.
Christmas Transformations:
--------------------------
If you are hit with a snowball while drinking egg nog, you will make a transformation
into a random winter object.( like a reindeer or snowman)
Cyclonian:
----------
On the quest cyclonian for warriors. You can buy most of the mats at the auction house
such as the burning charm, thundering charm, liferoot, and the Cresting Charm (you need
8 of each of these things.) Also for finding the Bloodscalp Tusks the mobs that drop
them are a level range of 33-35. So i suggest that if you are level 30 (the level
requirement to get this quest) You should get a higher level thats at least 33+. You
need 30/30 Tusks. P.S.: This quest is for warriors only. To find the quest giver go
to Hillsbrad Foothills in southshore. Then follow the road up till you get to the
section which leads right or left. Go right untill you reach the brigde. When you are
at the brigde take a left till you reach a troll in a hut with a pot near the river.
Theres where you will find the quest.
Goblins twitch:
---------------
After you kill a goblin such as a Grell or Grellkin from Telldrassill, look closely
at the body. He will still blink and his thumb will slowly move up and down.
Recommended five player party:
------------------------------
The following is a Horde party:
- Tauren Warrior, Blacksmithing and Mining professions
- Blood Elf Mage, Tailoring and Enchanting professions
- Blood Elf Priest, Alchemy and Herbalism professions
- Undead Rogue, Leatherworking and Skinning professions
- Troll Hunter, Engineering and Jewelcrafting professions
This combination gives the best of everything. The Tauren's extra five percent of health
is very useful when tanking. The Blood Elves are designed for caster classes like Mage and
Priest. The Undead's racial "Will Of The Forsaken" compliments a rogue Perfectly. The Troll's
passive bow buff is useful as a hunter. The professions are tailor-made for their respective
classes (except Hunter) and can lend themselves nicely to the group. The Warrior can mine
areas, make weapons and armor, and give it to the Mage for enchanting. The same can be done
with the Rogue's leather armor. The Priest can make potions for the entire party to share,
and the Hunter can make gadgets and jewels for the entire party to use. Even the classes
themselves have benefits. Obviously, every good party needs a good tank and healer, but
the others are also useful. For example, the Hunter's ability to detect enemies can be
useful when a Rogue is picking a lock for the entire party, and the Mage's magic attacks
are often very helpful. Having this package will give you one of the most dominant parties
in the game.
Endless freefall:
-----------------
Make a Night Elf character, theclass does not matter. Level up enough so that you will not
die in the next area. Then, run to the next town and keep going east until you reach the
cliffs. Use that grassy parts of the cliff to run up to a certain section where the map is
suddenly cut off. Jump off this cliff. You should die and restart at the graveyard. Run
back to where you jumped, then jump off again. You should now be in an unending free fall.
Exit the game and delete this character, because when you log in again your character will
still be falling.
Lord Of The Rings reference:
----------------------------
Create a human male and log in. Type /silly in the chat box. One of the human male's jokes
is a reference to the Lord Of The Rings series.
"First Trial" quest: Kill the Paladin multiple times:
-----------------------------------------------------
In the "First Trial" quest for the Blood Elf Paladin, you can kill the other Paladin that was
sent to kill you multiple times. Light the brazier and he will run into the cave to attack you.
After he is dead, light the brazier again. The same Paladin will run in again. You can repeat
this as many times as desired, earning experience each time, until you turn in the quest. This
does not affect the rest of the chain, as no matter how many times you kill him you will only
need to resurrect him once.
Easy attack:
------------
With hunters let your pet attack first and after about two hits start attacking it will
attack your pet not you if you pet dies you will have to get rid of the last bit of his
health wala.
Dead Trogg blinks:
------------------
Kill a Trogg in Ironband's Evacuation Site. Look at its eyes after awhile.
It should blink although it is dead.
Super Mario reference:
----------------------
Go to the Ghostlands and kill a few monsters. You will encounter a red-speckled mushroom
that resembles those from the Super Mario games.
The Incredible Hulk reference:
------------------------------
Go to Darnassus and speak to the Night Elf Aethalas, the Warsong Gulch Master. Keep talking to
her and she will get a bit angry. When she does, she will say " You won't like me when I'm angry",
which is the famous phrase from The Incredible Hulk.
"Tharnarians Hope" quest: Timberland clothing:
----------------------------------------------
Finish the Tharnarians Hope quest from Tharnariun Treetender and he will let you choose from
two items. One of them will be the Timberland Cape.
Easy pet taming:
----------------
It is possible to tame a pet without taking any damage or getting knocked down. First, invite
a druid into your group that is willing to help. Find your desired pet and have him cast Enraging
Roots repeatedly until the taming process is complete.
Five Steps to Make a Guild:
---------------------------
-Find a Guildmaster NPC in any of the major cities.
-Acquire a Guild Charter from the Guildmaster for 10 silver.
-Have 9 other players sign the Guild Charter.
-Return the Guild Charter to any Guildmaster.
-You have a Guild!
Prairie Chicken Buddy:
----------------------
Go to Westfall and you'll find a guy with chickens in front of him. Type /chicken to one of
the chickens. Note: this may take a while so i advise that you to put /chicken in your macros.
At some point it will say the chicken looks at you weirdly. Then talk to it and accept the
quest it gives. Go to the farmer and buy bird seed and type /cheer before giving the seed to
the chicken. You now have your own chicken pet!
Sitting on air:
---------------
To hover pull up the main menu(push ESC). jump then quickly push logout. if the game doesnt
log you out immediately you should be SITTING ON AIR!
Easy Elwynn Riches:
-------------------
NearGoldshire of Elwynn Forest, to the south is the Fargodeep mine. If you have the patience
to spend a lot of time here, you'll come across some very good items, such as Linen Cloths,
Magic Staffs, even a good mallet. Also there are copper veins that spawn sometimes.
Teleport without Hearthstone:
-----------------------------
If you already have used your hearthstone or you dont want to use it yet and wait another
60 minutes, use this trick which is exactly like the hearthstone:
1.Go to Help request (on the lower part of your screen- questionmark).
2.Select "Issues that GM's can assist with".
2.Press "stuck" button.
3.Press "unstuck".
Now you should be teleported to your selected inn/location like the hearthstone does. Beware
if you use this cheat in a time less than 60 minutes you will teleported 6 yards forward, so
this skill needs about 50 to 60 minutes to recharge.
Teleport to Inn without using Hearthstone:
------------------------------------------
If you don't want to wait for your hearthstone to recharge, and/or you don't want to use it
yet, use this : Go to "Help Request" (red question mark on the menu on the bottom of your
screen). A window opens. Select "Open a Ticket" (up left on the window). Select "Stuck"
(Usually the first tag). And then select "Auto-Unstuck". This will teleport you to your
current inn or starting area. Remember you can use this once every 60 minutes
(like Hearthstone).
